The low crawl. It's not the most challenging obstacle, so it's easy to get cocky. This can be a problem if the wires are electrified or barbed. I'll take barbed wire over a shock any day but I prefer neither.
One drill I do with my clients is setup the low crawl and place a stuffed animal on their back. If the animal falls off, you have to go back to the start. This is a good way to see where you're at with your low crawl, but because you have to do it slowly, it also really allows you to focus on your form.
