We start with a conversation--think of it as the Who, What, When, Where and Why (5Ws) conversation.  We get to know the audience, your company or group's culture, and how you'll define event success.

From there, we plan the event, gather our obstacles and create the course at your location.

Get ready for the accolades when the team runs through the obstacle course.

THE OBSTACLES

What kind of obstacles do we have?  Honestly it changes quite a bit because we're always mixing it up, but expect obstacles that test your agility, plyometric power, strength and balance.  We have also been known to add in brainteasers and puzzles as obstacles too.
